Thomas Oberle appointed Public Relations Manager at Poggenpohl Möbelwerke GmbH
Thomas Oberle (52) was appointed the newly created position of Public Relations Manager at Poggenpohl Möbelwerke GmbH in Herford, Eastern Westphalia, on 1st March 2008. Oberle was previously Corporate Communication Manager for Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG. Before that, the trained journalist spent ten years as Press Officer and Press and PR Manager with the commercial enterprise, Würth.

At Poggenpohl Möbelwerke GmbH, Oberle is responsible for in house and external communication worldwide. He is a member of the management team at the Herford location and in that capacity reports directly to the Managing Director, Elmar Duffner. "We want to increasingly support the development of the Poggenpohl brand into a global premium brand, through communication measures especially in the significant markets like Europe, the USA and Asia,", Managing Director, Elmar Duffner, said.
Poggenpohl was founded by Friedemir Poggenpohl in 1892. The oldest German kitchen brand develops and manufactures exclusive, high-quality kitchens at its Herford location for the premium end of the market.
